Shipping Policy

1. Shipment Origin and Processing Time (Custom-Made Items)

 

All items in our store are custom-made immediately after an order is placed. This method allows us to offer you a wide range of unique designs and is key to our commitment to a sustainable approach to retail.

Orders are shipped directly from our printing partner's facility in the Czech Republic.

  • Order Processing Time (Production): Since all items are custom-made for you, the processing time for printing, quality checks, and preparation for shipment is typically 1-2 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays or promotional periods.

  • We do not ship on weekends or public holidays observed in the Czech Republic.

  • If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order are calculated by the system based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The exact cost will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase.

 

A. Central and Western European Countries (EU Zone)

 

This zone includes countries like Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Italy, France, Spain, etc.

  • Shipping Rate: Calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery Time (after processing): 2 – 8 business days

B. Northern Europe and Remote Locations

 

This zone generally includes countries like Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, and more remote locations.

  • Shipping Rate: Calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery Time (after processing): 4 – 15 business days

  • Please Note: Delivery estimates are based on courier transit times and are not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after the shipment is created.

 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

Since the shipment originates in the Czech Republic (an EU member state), all orders shipped to other EU countries are covered by the principle of free movement of goods and are NOT subject to customs duties or import taxes.

  • For non-EU European countries (e.g., Norway, Switzerland, UK): You may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • LUHOvibe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

 

5. Damages and Lost Packages

 

LUHOvibe is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
